This studio is not only exactly what I was looking for as a beginner, but Jessica(the instructor)was able to guide me along my journey of healing. The classes are the perfect size and the price is right! It’s a treat to have someone as kind as they are professional at the front of the class and Jessica @ Studio One provides that with every class I’ve attended.

This is the place for yoga!!!...I have been to other yoga studios before Studio One, and Jessica has been without a doubt the best instructor I have ever worked with. Her rates are beyond reasonable, and she will take the time to guide you through everything she throws at you. Beginners are welcomed....check this place out!!!

Love love love this studio - I’ve never completed a 5 package deal so quickly. Jessica is wonderful and so is Marilyn! Relaxed and inviting atmosphere, good music and detailed pose instruction.
