“Tim navigated helping a greiving spouse whom is 80% deaf, disabled and limited with English while on a conference call to Germany. While (me) the best friend of the deceased was interrupting, being loud, wielding questions and comments in the background. Tim has absolutely earned his astoundingly good reputation and deserves more than accolades he deserves a medal! The staff was also incredibly accommodating. I can't even imagine what the process would have been like without Tim and his team.“
