The atmosphere of the funeral home was peaceful, and the entire staff was welcoming and empathetic. We were never rushed or pressured. On the days of visitation and the funeral, everything was flawless—all we had to do was show up, and Jim and his team handled everything with quiet excellence.
One moment that will always stay with me: even at the cemetery, during the final moments, Jim personally walked the perimeter as the vault was being sealed, ensuring everything was properly aligned and done with care. It was not his responsibility—but that’s who Jim is. From start to finish, the same attention to detail, compassion, and dignity never faded.
