We hired Paul for his experience and were very glad that we did! We ran into a nightmare with our survey that involved incorrect deeds on our property and two other properties on either side of us. There were encroachments and overlaps that could have killed our deal. Paul kept a level head and helped us negotiate with the neighbors while he worked with the title company and the surveyor. In the end we were able to close on time. We could not have been more pleased with our choice of a real estate agent! Experience is everything!!
Paul and his team are fantastic agents. They have helped me understand the inland lake real estate market in SW Michigan. When I had a property tax issue, Paul was incredibly helpful and directed me to the appropriate vendors to help me get the correct valuation. I can't speak highly enough of their firm and service.
We were fortunate to be introduced to Paul DeLano and his assistant Amy when searching for a new home in the area. Not only was he willing to set up appointments last minute on a holiday weekend but he was incredibly knowledgeable about the local real estate market, had professional referrals (e.g. inspections) at the ready, and was patient with all of our questions. Our purchase was complicated by a drawn out contingency requiring a couple of extensions, a long distance move with multiple complications and a last minute change in closing dates all of which he and Amy accommodated no problem.
