Our home was built in 1936 and has lovely floors. Michael walked through our front door and professionally examined the state of the floors, he let us point out things to him, he did not bash anyone, he made eye contact, he expressed empathy, he offered to serve us in any way we needed; whether it was a written professional opinion of the job from the current contractor, or getting the job himself. He confidently promised us beautiful floors, should we decide to hire his company to make the situation right. We made the decision to hire Floorcraft Designs to start over on our project from the beginning [side note: if you have ever lived through having your floors sanded and refinished, you know this was not an easy decision!] Michael worked us into their very packed schedule.
