We were looking for a quality contractor to make our dream and design of a new kitchen. I had estimates not including the cabinets which were purchased through Modern Builders Supply, Toledo, Ohio, with the kitchen design done by Amy Carter of Modern Builders Supply. The estimates were from a low of $22,000 to a high of $75,000 just for the tear out and installation of the cabinets, plus electrical and plumbing needed. Rustbelt’s estimate was the most realistic in scope and price. They started the tear out on May 31, 2022 and said they would finish by July 29th. Thant finish date would have been meant if not for a change on materials by us. Those changes set us back a few weeks do to the arrival of tile and custom moldings. Their work ethic, skill sets, vision, and professionalism was amazing. They could see our dream and vision and the made that come to life. They show up when they say they will. They finish each work day leaving the job site clean and ready for the next days scheduled work. This job was a big under taking with flooring removed and then reset, soffits torn out as the new design changed the complete foot print of the kitchen. Coby and his crew replaced carpeting with laminate flooring in two bedrooms for me. Given a limited amount of available square feet, they managed to move furniture with care and efficiency while working around the rest. The crew is skilled and very professional. Coby communicates with clarity and in a timely manner – which I appreciated most of all during this project. I have already recommended Rustbelt Remodeling to two of my friends and would give high marks to anyone who asks.

My experience with Rustbelt from estimate to final walk through was amazing! Coby communicated so well every step of the way. I always knew what was going on at the home and what to expect the next day and upcoming days. Anything that came up throughout the day while I was at work Coby let me know right away and gave me the options before proceeding with anything. Coby and his team have a great attention to detail and made sure everything looked perfect. I have the kitchen I’ve always dreamed about!
