“We were selecting a carpet runner for a staircase with very specific requirements. Unfortunately, the sales rep we worked with did not educate and guide us correctly and we chose a carpet that wasn't going to work for our situation. Unfortunately, our builder had to put in a lot of extra effort to change the staircase in order to work with the selected carpet which could have been avoided. Luckily, Shiloh and Zach realized the issue at the initial installation, stopped the install, and did an amazing job on the installation after the builder's work. Thank you, Shiloh and Zach!”
