I had kept his receipt because he really was exceptional; he responded promptly for an estimate, prices were fair and reasonable and he showed up when he said he would. We made a ton of customizations to our floor plan to make it exactly how we wanted it and are so excited for it to be completed.Patrick (owner) has been incredibly responsive (sometimes same day responses) regarding questions/delays. We are first time home builders so we aren’t sure what to expect time wise.
