Balbes Custom Builders just completed a major renovation of our condo in Birmingham, MI, and they did a fabulous job! Jon, the company owner, is professional, knowledge, an excellent builder, and customer focused! The Team doing the work were all excellent: the drywall, carpentry, electrical, painting, the prep and cleanup; all excellent. The finished product look's great! Wee are very satisfied. The cost is worth the money! I highly recommend Balbes Custom Builders for major condo/home renovation work. Ron P

We have had the pleasure of working with Jon on several large home projects. We added three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garage and a Rec room with one job and a new kitchen with a huge basement under our home with another job.
