“Joe and his Team were amazing! very professional, clean, neat, and very knowledgeable about all of the work they did at my home. They even took care of issues that arose during the project and addressed those as well.. Joe presented me with an assortment of decor samples and colors for every project he did and never made me feel like I had to make a decision about something if I didn’t like it. Pricing was very reasonable better than most contracting companies. He specializes is flooring, carpentry, masonry work, painting , electrical , plumbing , anything you can think of! “I had used Sol Con (Dave) for an insulation job in my previous home about 20 years ago. He did a great job then and did a great job now on my current home. I had kept his receipt because he really was exceptional; he responded promptly for an estimate, prices were fair and reasonable and he showed up when he said he would. I haven't had a more reliable contractor than Dave. We noticed a difference in the temperature in our home the same day. Dave's grandson helps him on some of the jobs. His grandson was so pleasant, polite and a hard worker. A true asset to Dave's business. I have referred to a friend who will be engaging him for an insulation job and her friend will be contacting him as well.“
