“Our furnace went out on a Sunday, and A Plus was able to squeeze us in, which we truly appreciated. Miron came out and was extremely kind and helpful, especially considering it was a Sunday. He actually helped us last year as well, and once again provided great service.

Our furnace appeared to have burned out due to recent power outages. Miron explained everything clearly and recommended a surge protector to prevent this from happening again, letting us know we could also consult an electrician if we wanted. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the needed part that day, so the repair had to wait until Monday. (No big deal, it’s a Sunday, so completely understandable)

By 9 AM Monday morning, we had already received a texted estimate, and by 11 AM the technician was at our house. Henry (Joe) was very friendly and professional and even took the time to talk to our dog, which was a nice touch. He had a surge protector available and was able to install it that same day, which we opted to do. He also noticed another issue with the system and was able to take care of that during the visit.

Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and upfront about pricing and options. We also appreciated the consideration they showed us on the final cost. Excellent service and highly recommended“

John and Paul were at my house the next morning and were able to get my furnace running and have my heat back on. Both technicians were very informative and professional. They informed me I also needed a new chimney liner and new furnace exhaust vents. Within a week they came back and finished the job. I will be using them in the future and highly recommend this company.“

“We too agree that Wiegand Heating and Cooling is the best. I was having an issue with my 11 yr old Lennox Plus 98 furnace. Other companies wanted to sell me a new system. Kim came out and diagnosed that it was the heat exchanger and agreed that purchasing a new furnace was not necessary. Kim informed me that the heat exchanger was covered under Lennox warranty and I would only have to pay for the labor.
