Advanced Water Treatment in South Lyon isn’t just highly educated about filtering our water and our water softeners, they go above and beyond. They always greet us with a smile and ask how we are doing. We usually get our dura cube water softener red-out salt and our replacement 5 gallon filtered water jugs at Advanced water, but recently I broke my back and was in the hospital and now I’m not allowed to lift much until I’m cleared by my physician. They know about my injury and they so graciously and kindly bring out the salt and water to my car and lift it in my car. On top of that I also offered the women in the front of the house, who carried everything out, a tip and they absolutely refused a tip numerous times knowing about my injury. On top of knowing everything from filters to reverse omissions, they always pet my dog and ask my wife and I how our families are and they go above and beyond. I highly recommend Advanced Water for any water issue you may have. -Matt

Lice Nanny came to our rescue! She without hesitation got us in on a Sunday last minute. She eased my fears of Lice and was very honest and upfront with her treatment. She explained everything from how an adult female louse can be impregnated, duration, incubation etc. She combed out a whole colony in my daughter's hair, I was mortified, but she was super informative and I appreciate it! I HIGHLY recommend Lice Nanny hands-down the best customer service I've ever experienced. Also, it is WORTH the price, don't over pay at other places. She's THE best!

I am so glad I found Teresa! She was honestly a miracle worker on my color correction. I had previously used someone for the first time since moving to the area and they totally messed up my hair... but Teresa found a way to fix it and it turned out WAY better than I ever expected it could have. She made sure I was completely satisfied before I left and went above and beyond during my appointment. I will continue to use her from now on!

Lisa cut my hair and was very friendly and talked me through everything she was doing and why. She did a fantastic job on my hair! This was literally the first time I didnt cry after getting my haircut! 10/10 Highly recommend.
I'm so sorry I didn't get his name, but the gentleman who worked at the Great Clips in South Lyon on May 4, 2026 was an absolute joy! He did exactly what I wanted for my haircut, but besides that, he was full of positive energy and kindness! I left there with a lighter heart, an amazing haircut, and a greater feeling overall!

Always a great time going to this barbershop. Ive had the pleasure of talking to Christian and Josh today for a good 10 minutes as we were alone. The conversations feel super real and it’s a safe place to talk to any of them. I have had some issues lately in life and I had the blessing of them to pray for me and it was the most positive feeling I have felt in a while. I got teary eyed because it shows they care for their customers!! They also do a fantastic job every haircut. Will always come back to this barbershop!

It took me a long time to find a hair salon that I like ( I am super picky) when we moved to south lyon I knew that I needed to find somewhere that was near. I have been going to see Amy for the last few years and I love her. She understands exactly what I want in my hair cut. I have never had a bad hair cut from her. I could seriously go on and on. I have found my hair salon for life ❤️
I absolutely love this place. They do beautiful work and it was very affordable. My nails have had a few days to grow out since I went so don’t judge the picture. Once my nails were completed I got hand massages and a hot towel compress. It was so nice! My nails are exactly how I wanted them also. Definitely recommend!

Paul remodeled our master bathroom for us back in December and now we’re 3 months in and it’s our favorite room in our house.
We are so happy we went with Paul; he was recommended by a family member after he did a great job on their master bathroom.
Paul was able to take our small (89” x 4’) and unusable bathroom into a large (120” x4’) bathroom that truly feels like the master bath.
He was able to move the toilet for us to a different wall, raise the ceiling, remove a closet to extend the shower, widen our entry door, and install a floating vanity.
We’re so happy with Paul’s work and recommend to others! We’re planning on using him for our second bathroom in the future.

The team at East Lake Dental is amazing with kids - my 5 year old and 2 year old both like going to the dentist because of Dr. Jenkins and his team. They make the full experience fun - picking out toothpaste flavors, getting prizes, helping with “Mr. Thirsty” (the sucker machine), sunglasses, etc. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and helpful there. I had called several dentist including my own dentist… lifetime dental. I was in horrible pain and needed a tooth pulled. Lifetime couldn’t get me in for weeks…… and any other I called could as well including the oral
Surgeon in town. This man got me in with in 2 hours and had my tooth pulled and back home with in an hour! No sending me out to another oral surgeon or making me wait . I will be going back and won’t be going back to my old dentist.
They have been my dentist for over 40 years. They have new doctors that I have to get used to though.

Great chiropractor! Very up to date and knows his stuff. The office runs very smoothly and they have massage chairs for u to relax in while waiting before or after your visit. They also offer massage. Best price in town.

I just recently switched to this vet and had a great experience so far. They listened to my concerns with my older cat and took their time answering questions. I left my other vet of over 10+ years because my pet's care there had changed.
Small vet office that can accommodate for reactive dogs. Fast service / results for CBC and fecal floats. Friendly staff. Great experience with canine dental cleanings and with extraction.
All the staff were really nice and the vetanarian was really nice. The place was very clean.
Our cat was throwing up all day. Our normal vet did not have any open appointments. Dandy Acres was able to see her immediately. The concern they showed for her was touching. They provided a couple of care plans and there was no pressure to choose the more expensive one. In the end we ended up with a plan in the middle.
They called the next day check on our cat. Later that day when our cat was still not recovering well (she was significantly better than the day before, but still far from back to normal) they said I could pick up some additional meds from their sister hospital in Novi which is closer to my house. They said they did not want to stress our cat more by bringing her in. Again, their concern for the well being of her was heart warming.
I would not hesitate to take her or her sister the Dany Acres again.

I really like Animal House kennel,I was in a bind my sitter fell through and i needed somewhere to take my fur baby...she's never been in a kennel before so I was a little reluctant because my dog doesn't get along with other dogs, but they were absolutely ok with that. there were so great they even sent a video of her while I was gone.
There prices work great with my budget, and the lady behind the desk was great very nice and friendly.

I went here for Achilles tendonitis. They worked on all the areas that support the tendon. They got me back walking painfree. I am so thankful for their help. The staff is knowledgeable, fun and hardworking. They support and watch you as you excersise so that you do it right to get the best benefit.
