Carpet Cleaning in South Lyon

“Al was a nice guy. Took a couple tries to get ahold of him, but got us on the schedule quick once we did. A little disappointed with the overall service. He did the main floor and a flight of steps. They were in and out within an hour, and the process felt a little rushed for the money spent. With all the stain removal pictures on their website I was surprised that all the traffic stains on the main floor remained, which could be from aged carpet. But the steps are newer carpets and should have cleaned up better. The treads look better exactly 1 wand stroke across near the back of each tread, but the all the nosing and 2" from the front face of the tread is still stained. Just felt like an incomplete and rushed job to me.
When I asked about it, Al said he would address my concerns, but when he comes back to do more work... I'll probably just opt for a different company.
My thought is if you're looking for a quick in and out, but maybe not super detail oriented, this is a good service to go for.“
