Submitted 2 requests through the website inquiring about services, but never got a response. Guess they weren’t interested in my business, which I’ve since given to another company
UPDATE - I understand there was a system issue of which they since have rectified and I appreciate. They sound like they do care about their customers, it’s unfortunate that things initially played out the way they did. Things happen, I understand! I’m glad at least this will not affect future customers. And actually I still might be interested in help with sprinkler maintenance, even though I will be using another company for fertilizing
The work was flawless and the installation crew was polite and did a very thorough clean up. The value for the money was exceptional. I am overjoyed with the results!
