I have worked with a number of good professional snow removal services for my home and rental property over the years. However, Hillside is definitely in a category of professionalism and service all its own.

They are prompt, reliable, thorough, exceptionally thoughtful to work with. Their business model is outstanding. They do hand shoveling, which works exceptionally well for city properties trying to work with city requirements regarding deadlines for clearing without moving snow onto a public street. Hillside’s snow removal service is the best I’ve encountered in Ann Arbor. They are prompt on getting to our house after a snowfall. Their crew is very thorough in removing snow, even on the numerous steps up to our front door. I was especially impressed that they removed snow on the street in front of our mailbox!

I'm very impressed. Hillside's snow removal service is the best I've encountered in Ann Arbor. They usually get to our house soon after a snowfall. Their crew is very thorough in removing snow from our driveway and the numerous steps up to our front door. They even removed snow on the street in front of our mailbox!
