From my initial phone call to scheduling the appointment, the staff was kind, professional, and very helpful. When I arrived at the office, I was checked in quickly and felt welcomed right away. Thank you Tarmaine you’re such a sweetheart . The NP Tara Raymond took the time to listen, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. Tara takes her time and listens. The entire team was respectful and compassionate, makes a big difference at practices. Checking out was smooth and efficient as well. Tara raymond is such a good NP she actually listens to all concerns, and you can tell she truly cares. She is good at what she does and is so kind! Highly recommend this practice because even the front desk is super friendly and kind.
Rude reception every time I call. One conversation I had a few months back while trying to schedule an ultrasound almost made me switch practices completely. Also, even if you have $1.00 of an unpaid balance, they will call you 4x a day to pay and send you multiple “your balance is ready to be paid!” texts. Incredibly, incredibly frustrating. Everything other than these two things has been great/satisfactory!
