I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Eisenstein and the level of care he gives for his patients. However the appointment line could use some work. They were rude and hung up on me when I called to confirm my appointment booking.
Dr. Eisenstein is absolutely fantastic. I was so nervous the moment I walked in as we were discussing surgery options, which has always terrified me. He took the time with me to walk through exactly what this procedure will look like and what I can expect. He has wonderful chair side manner and although I was nervous he did not at anytime make me feel bad for the way I was feeling but took the time needed to reassure me. I trust that my experience with him will be amazing all the way through and look forward to being his patient.
I wanted a 2nd opinion on treatment options and I read a previous review and I decided to make an appointment. I was tired of going to OB/Gyn who only focused in the obstetrics issues and wanted someone who was just as focused on the gynecologic ones as well! Best decision! I came out of the appointment with a better treatment plan that took in consideration my concerns, chronic issues and goals.
