I think people only tend to leave reviews if they’re negative and don’t always if they’re positive so all of the 1 stars surprise me! We’ve had such an incredible experience with all of the front desk staff, midwives, doctors, and ultrasound techs here! They are so kind, patient, and helpful with answering any questions we have! I have never felt rushed during an appointment or pressured one way or another about the care for our baby! 100% recommend this practice to anyone!

Update, woman at the front desk once again completely ignored me. I stood there for 2 minutes until she came out from the back, no one else sitting there acknowledged me in that time, she returned to finish helping the person in front of me which took another 3 minutes, then rudely asks if I’ve signed in. I was there for the MedSpa so no sign in is needed but I did have to inform them I had arrived for my appointment. This woman with brown hair and glasses is consistently rude to patients once she is done ignoring them. Also the other front desk staff need to greet patients when they are standing there waiting to be acknowledged if the front desk person walks away....read full review

I always have a quick and professional experience here. Desk staff are courteous. I usually arrive 5 mins before my appointment time and they call me back right on time. The doctor I see is knowledgeable and professional. Parking is free at the emagine garage usually. If you’re looking for a place to get your yearly pap or birth control prescription I would recommend.
