Very disappointing experience. I signed up for the complimentary 3-day guest pass and went to the club expecting to have it activated. The email specifically says, “Please bring this email to the club and allow us to show you the club and activate your FREE 3-day Guest Pass.” It also says the pass must be activated by visiting the club.
When I arrived, however, I was told that my appointment was supposedly for a phone call and that I needed to come back the next day. I never received that call. I accepted that I might have to return and simply asked if I could at least get a quick tour of the facility… read full review

Had a great experience with Joe on 29 AUG 2026. He was super friendly, and informative; just the type of person with the personality you want to encounter when you enter a gym. The gym layout is great too. There’s enough space and equipment so you’re not crowded when working out.

Ive been going here for about 6 years & honestly I stopped going here because of the guy that has the Afro who works at the front desk. He’s not a people person. I’ve watched him refuse towels to elderly people. He seems to get annoyed every time he has to type my phone number in when I check in. He only responds with one worded answers, he really seems to not like his job lol It’s a great location but once that guy got hired morale has gone away from there.
