This place is a gem. I did a drop in class with my partner and have been hooked. I take the 7am Hot Pilates with Dave C and love it. The studio is CLEAN, calm, and friendly. Plus Dave’s playlist is unmatched! 10/10 would recommend.
Discovered through a friend, I'm totally hooked on this place. I'm not a fan of regular gyms or crowded spaces for workouts; I'd rather have a relaxed experience. But there's something special about this place. Since day one, I've loved the vibe and the people. While Anna and David are my favorites, every instructor brings their own special touch to the classes.Even my partner, who used to love going to the gym, hasn't gone back since trying a class here. He feels more flexible and focused. I travel for work so I’ve been going to different Studios around the U.S; and this place GOT IT ON LOCK!Don’t get me wrong, the other studios & classes are good, but this is the blueprint!??
