The Troost team did a great job. We had them put in our in floor heat and install a mini split in our new addition. There were some issues from the factory with leaks and Jeremy personally came out to our home three times to fix the leak right away! Great job.

Great experience!! One of our furnaces stopped working on the coldest day of the year so far. Julie took our call and was friendly and helpful. She scheduled a technician within about an hour of our call. Then she texted me to confirm the job and included a picture of the tech. They texted me again when David was on his way. Technician David Allman was simply the best! He was prompt courteous and fast. He rapidly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He then took the extra step of cleaning the flame sensor on the furnace that was working to make sure we didn't have problems with that unit. I initially contacted Troost Heating & Air Conditioningr to ask questions regarding servicing my fireplace. Although it was the weekend, Eric responded within minutes and was able to nicely answer my questions. I gave him my number and was contacted by another man who quickly set me up with an appointment. Today, Josh showed up and had the fireplace repaired and cleaned for a very reasonable cost. I am glad I called this place and they will be the first I call, should I need further services. 5 star rating for this company.
