Good experience. Mark was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding ordering a new hot water heater. I felt the price was competitive and that the job would be done correctly and up to code. Cameron did a good job with the installation, he was on time and everything went smoothly.

Mark was awesome.... even when he had to share the bad news that my heat exchanger was bad. He checked and double-checked error codes and looked for other possible problems. Professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and an all-around nice guy.
