I've really enjoyed working with Tanner. He has been very professional. He is quite knowledgeable and listens well to the customer as they describe their problem. When he tells you something he will do, he follows through. If there is a delay he communicates with the customer.
When we noticed wet carpet in the basement, we investigated and found that our HVAC unit was leaking water because of the condensation pump. Called 3 companies and this one was able to get a tech out asap. The only issue I had was more of a human error - I called both Canfield and Blakeslee thinking they were separate companies but they’re in fact the same company and I accidentally cancelled the first service call because it’s not who I was expecting. Tech came out first thing the next morning, fixed the issue, and we seem to be back to normal. Will update the review if we still notice leaking after this.

The service technician was professional and very knowledgeable. He was courteous in calling ahead of arrival and offered a few options for paying for the service provided. We are very pleased with this company.
