It’s hard for me to give out a 5 star review for any company in the service industry where they are not in charge of their own pricing ; so while industry pricing is still skyrocketing due to the market inflation and the “impossibility” of another market collapse , I will have to leave a 4 star review (sadly)The guys showed up to my house , 2 guys truck and trailer … both clean and ready for work … I was their second stop of the day …The young men were knowledgeable and eager to get the job done ; and they took the time to understand my needs before they handled any of my concerns.It was found out that a part was needed to complete the job ; and being over...read full review
The service guys were professional and kind. They protected the walls and carpet while taking the furnace out and replacing with the new. I would highly recommend Crome Mechanical Heating and Cooling. The service that we received was excellent.
We're very pleased with our new high efficiency Trane furnace installed by Chrome Mechanical. They got our new furnace up and running in less than a day. The crew was great, left no mess and spent made sure I understood how to operate the furnace, humidifier and new thermostat before they left. I highly recommend Chrome!
