“I had a great experience with Ian. He was professional, informative, and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process without any pressure to make a decision. He answered all of my questions in detail, which helped me feel confident in understanding the options available. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy and allowed me to take my time before deciding. Overall, a very positive experience with someone who clearly values transparency and customer satisfaction.”
“Paramount Roofing was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience with the
company, and after using them myself, I can see why.
The materials used were high quality, the crew was friendly and professional, and the job was
completed on time and as promised. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after stripping
the old roof, making sure the area around our home was free of shingles, nails, and other
roofing debris.
We were very pleased with the overall price and felt the value was excellent for the quality of
the materials, workmanship, and service we received. The warranties on both the materials and
workmanship also gave us added confidence in the investment.
Later in the summer, I called about a possible issue that I thought might be related to the roof.
Paramount was very responsive, came out to inspect it, addressed my concern, and gave me
peace of mind.
Our new roof looks great, and the entire experience was positive from beginning to end. I would
absolutely recommend Paramount Roofing for quality work, fair pricing, strong warranty
coverage, and a company that stands behind its work. S.Mildge - Holly MI”
“5 Stars. I had a whole roof replacement, attic venting install and gutters installed. The overall experience was top notch. We sat down and discussed a game plan about my roof replacement, which materials were going to be used and various options such as adding/subtracting or replacing skylights. Overall install went great and the game plan was executed. All of the staff were very easy to work with and were able to address any questions and concerns I had.
Will be working with them again for future projects and will be on my short list for referrals to friends and family.”
