“Great service! I needed a small soffit and siding repair and called for a quote. Mark came over and examined the work and noted that the soffit gap might mean animals made their way into my attic. He offered to go into my attic and poke around to see if there was any evidence - definitely did not expect him to go above and beyond like that, but was deeply grateful (and luckily no animals were found ?). As a new home owner he also gave me a little overview of what would need fixing, the names of various parts etc. As someone who is actively learning, I appreciated the extra intel. After providing a reasonable quote, Mark had someone come out quickly. The gentlemen was on time, did the repair well and quickly. Will definitely use them again the future!“

“I can't say enough good things about Mr. Pattereson and Windows Diverse Services: On time, great workmanship, and fair price. I have a house in the Bagley neighborhood, built in 1935. The handle on a crank window finally gave out, preventing me opening and closing the window. Finding someone to work on the old homes is not easy, but Mr. Patterson was up to the task. New hardware would not work so he basically refurbished the old crank, and even painted it to boot.I understand they also do gutter work. I am planning to call them this fall and have my gutters cleaned and repaired, too. Highly recommended.“
“I can't give a higher rating because they came out to clean my gutters 5 weeks later than they originally said they would. I had to contact them twice before they finally made it out to my house. However, they do a very good job of cleaning out the gutters. All the debris is put into a bag and placed out by the street. I'm glad they came on Wednesday because our garbage pick up is on Thursday this week.“
