Arnold Roofing and Construction, Inc.
“Arnold Roofing & Construction Inc. is honest and hardworking.
I got 2 quotes. The other-guy was promoting skylight replacement. The estimate was more than I wanted to invest at this time. I could easily replace the skylights at a later date. Arnold recommended that I at least replace the flashing kit around my skylights at this time, reusable when they are replaced. Done.
I had a few leak-sensitive spots, the chimney, the large gable and the vent-stacks. I prepped & removed stone on the chimney & the gable sides. This paid off to enable Arnold to give me a good seal at the roof interface. No more water puddle on my fireplace mantel. New boots and rain-caps on the stacks will be a great improvement too.
The crew worked steadily for 2 days, pausing for a rain day then back at it before the next 3 days of rain. Job done, thorough clean up, happy customer. So Mom-Nature, go ahead and rain!
Arnold has a gutter crew that will be starting tomorrow. Their price was competitive with others and they are already exceeding my expectations for the scope of the job,…adding some beneficial features.”
