“We recently had the main electric line snap off my house during a different project. After DTE had secured the line to the pole we reach out to National Electric since they offered service 24 hours a day. Rob had assisted me via phone and was able to determine what services I need and gave a quick quote. He had a team out to my house within 2 hours. Chris and Will came to my home and got right to work. They explained the process and went to work with updating us to code. Since some of my electrical was grandfathered. Their work looks great and they were able to explain plenty. They were super friendly and made sure I had electric before the nights over. Chris was super helpful at teaching me about my prayed and when my power was restored he made sure everything was working before he departed. We had a brief scare but quickly figured out it was a gfr switch. I am super happy with the work National Electric provide and Chris did a phenomenal job!”
