We tried to install a new overhead fan in an older house on our own and when it became clear it was going to require a new junction box replacement, my wife looked on the NextDoor App and found MDEC. She reached out to him early on a Friday morning, he responded instantly, was out at our house in 30 minutes to give us a quote (which was so fair, we accepted it on the spot) and was back 2 hours later to get the job done quickly, professionally and without fuss. We could not be happier with the service. We had a perplexing problem with flickering lights that would sometimes go out all together.
After a thorough search of the circuit, he located the offending plug and replaced it. We had no idea the circuit involved so many plugs.
