Erik and his team completed a major renovation for my company’s new office building on a very tight timeline. They're highly skilled both in their work and in their knowledge about the city expectations for inspection. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Erik was transparent and completely fair about pricing from day one. A trustworthy team I would highly recommend.
