“Joe installed an interlock kit and a surge suppressor so I can use a generator to power my house during power outages. While I haven’t tried the generator and whole process out yet, I can say that Joe had to rewire some things on my main board to fit the interlock kit, and I’ve had no issues. He was very professional and nice, and gave a thorough explanation of how to use the kit and plug in the generator. He was so chill about my anxious dog, so that was a plus.
They responded very quickly to my initial inquiry. I think I got a text within 10 minutes. Nate is awesome!
