“Michelle is the sweetest, most caring receptionist! I called frantic this morning for an appointment (sudden, drastic changes in a mole) and she got me in today. Long story short, I was going to have to cancel an appointment I’ve been waiting on for 4+ months. I called to another Pinnacle near me (I moved, this location is now an hour and fifteen minutes from me, but I was going to make the drive due to my panic, lol!) I ended up getting in out near me, and I am now able to keep both appointments. When I called back to cancel at this location, Michelle said “I’m so happy it worked out for you, the most important thing is getting this looked at!” It was obvious she genuinely cared. I am someone who gets so nervous and feels horrible for canceling appointments, etc., but she reminded me what is important, getting this looked at.
