“just had my first appointment here. i am surprised to read the bad reviews about communication and politeness, when everyone i've talked to and has helped me so far has been incredibly polite and professional. it seems like people expect anwar and regina to cater to their schedules and multiple rescheduling attempts, which isn't fair to small business owners whatsoever.

anwar sat with me for 30 minutes to explain the procedure, went into detail about the science behind it, and zapped all my annoying hairs away 30 minutes later. it was pain-free and my skin is already calmed down. we had a nice conversation and i felt welcome and at home the entire time. the prices were also competitive.

“I was in for the first time last week for a facial. First off the facility is absolutely beautiful! It’s so clean and welcoming. The staff I came across were all very friendly.
My facial with Haylee was absolutely incredible. I was dealing with some post vacation acne and dealing with perioral dermatitis. The facial treatment was so calming and relaxing. She took the time to make sure all the products she used would be gentle but affective on my skin. After my facial she made me a coffee which I was able to enjoy in their relaxation room. It was such a great experience!
