Highly recommend this laser clinic…The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Love that there is a nurse on staff. She is a very skilled injector. Just moved into the area and found them through a search online. Wish I could give more stars.

Update: 11/2023The experience starts at the door. I came in from a bright, blustery day with golden light to cool blue-white serenity. The atmosphere is clean and posh. I was a few minutes early and chatted with a few of the very pleasant staff. Everyone made me feel welcome. My appointment was with Sarah for a hydrafacial and dermaplane. I enjoyed a complimentary mimosa before my service and felt relaxed. The room felt far away from the bustle of Main Street, like a cocoon. Sarah was so professional and also welcoming. I had an amazing experience at Rochester Laser Center. Claire was my aesthetician and she did an AMAZING job! Claire helped create a regime for me to follow at home so I could finally improve my (sad) skincare routine. I have seen results in less than a month and am so so happy with my visit / recommendations! Truly the best experience I’ve had getting a facial! (The complimentary chapstick is also my FAV)
