“Michelle is the sweetest, most caring receptionist! I called frantic this morning for an appointment (sudden, drastic changes in a mole) and she got me in today. Long story short, I was going to have to cancel an appointment I’ve been waiting on for 4+ months. I called to another Pinnacle near me (I moved, this location is now an hour and fifteen minutes from me, but I was going to make the drive due to my panic, lol!) I ended up getting in out near me, and I am now able to keep both appointments.
