Rich and his employees are awesome ! Rich is a very caring awesome guy. He takes the time to explain everything in detail, does not rush anything. I wish I could give more than 5 stars on here because this company deserves it. Rich has been in business for over 25 years doing insulation. He can get you an awesome rebate from consumers from the upgrade in insulation and you can also get a 30% tax credit. Rich fills out all the paper work for you for the rebate info. Also I know if anything where to come up for Rich to fix he would fix it asap. Great communication. You want to hire this company if you have any insulation needs. Thank you so much Rich !
First off, I love getting massages here. I've been coming for a while, Rachelle is the best of the best!!! Does not disappoint. Even other therapists that have worked here really know what they're doing!
I'm sad to say the person who answered the phone was short, rough, and discourteous. She gave me a hard time with scheduling and strange reasons for times available. I almost canceled my appointment in fear of seeing her, as we've not met in person. I need my massage but that was a extremely off-putting experience. I'd like to say this was a one time instance, but it's happened before. This was just unbearable.
Maybe she doesn't know how rude she comes off or she's having a bad day (but every time I've called?) I just hope this only happened to me but I worry it's not.
If you are a happy, upbeat person looking for a easy job, they might hire you for reception. They need it!!

Truman did a great job with my tree trimming! Tom did an excellent job listening to what I wanted and his team got everything cleaned up without taking away from the shade in my backyard. I could not recommend them enough! They were quick, respectful, and very reasonably priced. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
Jamie S. Gave me the best haircut I have ever had. She is so sweet. I have not really left my house since the beginning of the pandemic I have severe panic disorder. I saw a picture of how I wanted my hair and took it to Jamie and she made me feel and look better than I have in 5 years. She made me feel comfortable and understood my panic issues. It pleases to me say that I know Dr. Ashley has healing hands and healing techniques. Her sheer professional expertise has led me to walking without cast boots, a walker, crutches, a cane, and yet I have a way to go, she has given me a glimmer of hope for my future. It’s been 2 full years, and a few months, almost 2.5 years since falling on a broken sidewalk, with having both broken legs, (fib/tib) torn tendons, ligaments torn, entrapped nerve pains, sprained knees, sprained femur, sprained hip, ached hands, and bruises to this day! Honestly, a few other PT’s have not even come close to helping me as Dr. Ashley has, and as PT Heather have. My legs have experienced a slight decrease in daily pain and will continue in their PT care as long as my finances allow for that. I have a long recovery, yet, I wholeheartedly believe they truly care for your wellbeing while in their care, and that truly does make a difference as they encourage you to work through the pains of healing. I thank God for this place on earth! Thank God for Dr. Ashley!

We were slotted a 10 to 2 time slot. Ended up being the last appointment. Unfortunately, the tech became sick and another tech was sent . Work was completed at 3:40pm. The tech was professional and did a great job.
It would be nice if the customer was contacted when the tech knew that we would be his last job for the day. That would allow us to get some things done instead of sitting most of the day waiting.
My wife, three daughters, and I started using Mirela more than a decade ago and she’s been absolutely fantastic us! Jenny, who has become my hairstylist over the years, is also fantastic, patient and very helpful!
I called LOPHC on a Saturday afternoon with an urgent need. They responded immediately. Zack, came to my house within an hour. He spent two hours with me attempting to diagnose the problem. Zack then proceeded to stay in contact with me throughout the weekend to monitor the situation. He even followed up with me Monday morning. I found Orion Lawn on Facebook and am delighted. Steve has done all of our fall clean up, gutter cleaning, and wrapping bushes and trees to protect them from winter weather and hungry deer. Steve also plows snow in the winter. We need extra help to be safe even if the snowfall is less than 2 inches and Steve offers that type of service. Steve has offered suggestions to make garden work safer. It is fulfilling to work with such a knowledgeable professional.
It's been like 10 years since I stepped into a salon. I felt so comfortable! The receptionist was very polite and quick to greet everyone! Fantastic customer service ? The stylist was impeccable!! She took everything I asked for and made it flattering on me. Everyone there was or seemed very nice and bubbly. And they talked to me and made me feel like they knew me already!!! 10/10

I took my 7 yr old grandson for a haircut. I believe the stylist was Ann. She was absolutely marvelous with him! He has some sensory issues and she took the time to show him how the electric clippers worked and how they wouldn't cut him. 1000% recommend her for children haircuts.

They both answered all my questions and gave me very valuable information to share with everyone. I've been going here for years to get my hair done. I am always happy. David gives advice but doesn't tell you what to do. He goes out of his way and if you are not happy with results he is glad to redo, no extra charge. Most of David's customers are regular customers and he knows them by name. I always enjoy conversation while David is doing my hair.
Went for MRI and CT 100% positive experience. The ladies were very kind and helpful, definitely made sure I was comfortable. The addition of headphones playing my choice of music made the MRI go by quickly. Thankful for this location, half the drive versus having testing done at one of the Beaumont Hospitals. MRI has convenient location at back of building .

I set up an appointment foru daughter to get her hair done by Zoe before homecoming and she was able to fit her in. We got there and my daughter immediately felt at home.
