“A/C was not working at my daughter's house. I was driving in from Saginaw to be there when the service man arrived. He scheduled to come out the next day after I called. I was given an exact time of arrival. On the way to Lansing, I received a call from the owner and he said the service man was behind schedule and would be arriving 45 minutes late. He arrived at the new time and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and unfortunately did not have the replacement in his vehicle. “Mark the owner of Ultimate Comfort came out and did an emergency inspection of our furnace. He identified the issue and replaced our blower motor so we could get heat to our home, it was 20 degrees at night and with our young boy it was crucial we got the issue resolved. He also identified a minor gas leak from our kitchen range and fixed that on the spot. Definitely recommend! Fast, efficient, and reasonable.“
