The technicians quickly diagnosed our Furnace issue and were able to get the parts needed to quickly repair. Rick and Derek were very professional, did a great job and completely set me at ease. Thanks to them we have found our New go to for Heating and Cooling. I would definitely recommend North Winds Heating and Cooling.
my mother’s furnace was down and Northwinds responded within the hour with a technician quickly figured out what was wrong and had the replacement parts in his van. He explained to me every step of the way what he was doing and offered solutions for future preventative issues. Very positive experience would recommend Northwinds highly.
North Winds came out to fix our furnace this afternoon. Cody the tech was very nice friendly and knowledge person.All of the folks we have dealt with from North Winds have been equally as good and friendly. Sure glad we went with them.
