Jake cleaned my house with no problems the first time. The second time I needed him, he did not respond promptly.Then he finally responded, and set up a tentative date, for after his vacation. Then he did not respond to repeated attempts to contact him to confirm the date.So of course the work did not get done. I was very disappointed with him and I told him so. I would never call him again or recommend him. He acted like he was doing me a favor.
