Maid Aide is the best around! I promise you, they do a lot of cleaning that you could eat on your floor....you tell them what you want and go above and beyond to do it exactly ? ??

Things were good for awhile with 2 super cleaners-Samantha & (Savannah or Denise or Jena or Dana). Not a steady same group. Then Samantha was put with a new untrained person (I'll call her UP). Their website claims "All Employees are Trained, Screened and Bonded". No, they are not trained. UP vacuumed but DID NOT MOVE ANYTHING OR DO UNDER FURNITURE. UP dusted but DID NOT MOVE ANYTHING. We called the office and complained to Trianphy (called Tree). Nothing was done to correct our home. Two weeks later the crew returned. When we asked if they were told of our complaint, they said they were not told. Again, UP cleaned in the same matter. After they left, we called and cancelled our service. Samantha is the only reason for the 3 stars.
