Spoke with Joel he said to just fill out their forms and send it in with the gear and they had a 3-4 week turnaround time. I needed some stitching, scotchlite, and Velcro replaced. Sent my coat and pants in with forms. It was about 2 weeks I was quoted for repairs and the belt loops I wanted added. Price was good compared to buying $3-5k brand new set. It was about a week later I was contacted for payment. I paid with credit card and they shipped it out that day. Received my gear back with all repairs completed, workmanship was excellent. I would recommend them for gear repairs.“
