Bilz prioritized our work because we were entirely without hot water. The office staff were knowledgable, courteous, and professional. The techs who came to our house we neat, polite, and hard working. To top it off after we paid our bill we got a check in the mail less than a week later with a refund of overpayment. They did not have to do this. We would have never known, but this company has integrity too. Highly recommend.“
