I've used Frank's a number of times since 2008, for several service calls and one bathroom remodel project. The timeliness was lukewarm on the remodel. However they have been johnny on the spot for the service calls.My general contractor for the remodel implied that Frank's does some sort of informal triage to prioritize their crews. The end results have always been watertight.

These guys deserve praise! A key person in the shop down, several jobs previously comitted and I had a major plumbing emergency on Christmas day...in spite of that, I had my problem taken care of professionaly and properly the next day! I called Frank's because of my good prior experience with them, and they will get my call again when I need a quality plumber, whether emergency or not!

Called with plumbing issue that needed attention within 24 hr and they set appt. within 4 hr from telephone call. Office staff very helpful and plumbers were timely and very professional. They explained what they fixed & cleaned up the work site. Thank you. Will refer to all friends .Services: Repair water fixtures
