“Recently had some plumbing work done so that we could have a sprinkling system installed. When I called to request an estimate, a time to survey the project was offered within one business day. The quote was also provided in a timely manner via email. The option to sign digitally was helpful. Once the materials were delivered for the project, they again offered a service appointment within one business day. I totally understand such availability would not be able to be offered within every project every time, but as a first time plumbing customer it helped create a great experience. Also want to acknowledge the genuine friendliness of all of the office staff I spoke with, and the quality plumbers that came to my home. Would definitely return to Scheid for future needs.”
