System was 100% plugged. Called Rapid Flush at 8 am and they were here by 9 am, cut out the tree roots that were plugging the tank lines. Ran a camera down the lines to verify the repair and was done by 10 am. System works good now. Very happy. Highly recommend.
I was able to get an appointment the same day, and Josh was very nice and helpful. He took extra care to keep things clean, and do what he could to minimize the mess. In the end the city was the one responsible for the sewer backup, but Josh did a great job diagnosing and doing what he could to help.
Rapid Flush has always done a great job. This time was no exception. Josh was out and accessed the situation in no time. It took a bit due to my drainage issue, bit he stayed with it and got the job done. If you find yourself needing drain cleaning, septic pumping or with a drain field issue. Call Rapid Flush asap so when you Flush it goes out and not in. ?
