Strong hands, great pressure very good massage!Deducted a star for the business policies e.g., gifting hours, cancelation/late policies, having to pay $25/month to pause membership and not loose hours accrued, etc… when I have had problems management was able to resolve them but only after firm discussions and sticking to my principles.Example: called office to make sure I could gift an hour as a present to my brother, received the ok and scheduled our appointments at the same time. We arrived, staff was polite courteous, we got our massages, my therapist was having an off day and missed an entire side of my back, I had received massages from this therapist before and they were great. Wasn’t going to mention it until I went to go pay and they told me my brothers massage wasn’t covered. At this point I became upset and had to have a firm discussion with management. After the discussion management, agreed to let me gift the hour to my brother as I had called ahead of time to ensure this was possible and received the ok, and refunded my massage as the therapist missed a section of my body.The issue was resolved to my satisfaction but it did take me being firm to come to an agreement I felt was fair. Somebody conflict averse would have had trouble holding them to their word.Regardless, the majority of the therapists at this location are very professional and good at what they do.“
