First time getting Gel. She did a great job. Update: made an appointment for my daughter at 4:30 and dropped her off. I came back at 6:30, and she was still sitting there. I exclaimed what happened to her appointment, I would be late for the event now! The owner lady looked at me crazy and began to start her nails then (they had took off polish so she would not just leave). Too make a long story short I only paid half and explained I'm late for the event now and she was not a walk in. I'm really inconvenienced, and you all have not even said why or showed empathy any empathy period. These nail technicians really put the care and time into what they do, I always suggest getting an appointment, compared to other nail shops where you can get an appointment, but watch them squeeze walk ins between. That's how I know my foot care will be rushed.I suffer from ingrown toenails from wearing boots and standing on my feet all day. And when I was done with my pedicure, they felt 10 times better.From trying other nail shops, I have to say this is the best one. If you want your nails done right, come here.

They have amazing customer service! I'm extremely particular with how my nails are done and shaped. This is the cleanest and fanciest nail salon in the area! I will definitely be back!!
