Quinn, request her! Strong hands, great pressure very good massage!Deducted a star for the business policies e.g., gifting hours, cancelation/late policies, having to pay $25/month to pause membership and not loose hours accrued, etc… when I have had problems management was able to resolve them but only after firm discussions and sticking to my principles.Example: called office to make sure I could gift an hour as a present to my brother, received the ok and scheduled our appointments at the same time. Ask for jerry or Craig, they are awesome. Went for a couples massage with my bestfriend for her bday and it was worth it. They are both funny and made us feel comfortable the massage was 10/10, they were very professional.

I've been searching for somewhere to get massages and facials and am loving massage luxe novi. Its modern with a cozy feel and friendly staff to boot! I love spending my hour of "me" time there once a month.
