Not only have I been receiving treatments form Annette and her staff for years, but I am also in a similar industry so when I say Annette and staff know their stuff, I say that with an even deeper understanding of how great or not so great an experience can be. Anette is always up to date with the latest and greatest technologies, and keeps herself and the staff educated with the latest and greatest understanding in the industry.The icing on the cake is the customer service and bedside manner. I’ve been going to Novi Skin and Body for several years. Annette, Bella and Sarah are all amazing! Annette is an excellent esthetician, committed to staying up-to-speed on the latest skin care techniques and treatments. She invests in state of the art equipment and products and is 100% focused on making sure you are completely happy with her services. Annette is a true professional. Bella has been doing my lashes for over a year and does an amazing job! She’s so gentle, I usually fall asleep!
