I had been growing out my hair for about 2 years when I finally decided to go back to short hair. Only problem was I didn't know where to go as I hadn’t had any good experiences at other salons. Boy was this place different, the receptionist who also cut my hair was so professional and so kind. She asked so many questions trying to figure out exactly what I wanted I didn’t even know the answer for some! It turned out absolutely amazing. I love going to Polished Outlook! Whether I go to get my hair or nails done, it's always a welcoming and clean environment. I trust Belinda completely with my hair.
